Subscription and Billing Policy

5.1 Subscription Packages

Efiko.pro may offer Free, Standard, Pro, Premium, or other subscription packages.

Each package may include different levels of access to features such as:

2. Portfolio websites.
3. CV builder.
4. vCards.
5. QR code builder.
6. Templates.
7. Custom domains.
8. Efiko.pro subdomains.
9. Verified credentials.
10. Appointment booking.
11. SEO tools.
12. Analytics tools.
13. Plugin integrations.
14. Assisted setup services.
15. Customer panels.

5.2 Billing Cycle

Subscriptions may be billed monthly, annually, or according to the package selected at checkout.

5.3 Automatic Renewal

Where enabled, paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5.4 Failed Payments

If payment fails, Efiko.pro may:

1. Notify the user.
2. Retry payment.
3. Suspend premium features.
4. Downgrade the account.
5. Remove custom domain access.
6. Disable public profile access.
7. Terminate the subscription after repeated non-payment.

5.5 Upgrades and Downgrades

Users may upgrade or downgrade packages where available. Feature access may change immediately or at the next billing cycle depending on the package rules.

5.6 Taxes and Charges

Users are responsible for applicable taxes, currency conversion fees, bank fees, card charges, and payment processor fees.

5.7 Price Changes

Efiko.pro may update pricing. Active subscribers will receive reasonable notice of material pricing changes where required.
